Cocula

Study for a 2.5-hectare lot along the highway in the municipality of Cocula, Jalisco. Several urban hypotheses were developed, exploring different uses (residential subdivision with commercial units and industrial use). For each scenario, an opinion of value and a preliminary proforma were produced, allowing a comparison of profitability and guiding the decision toward the most financially viable use.
