An urbanization with sustainability as its guiding principle and respect for the natural context.
Sustainability is the guiding principle of the project. The construction and development guidelines are oriented toward being ecologically respectful: minimal alteration of the soil and native flora, use of materials and technologies for water and energy efficiency, preservation of biological corridors, and integration of the architecture with the natural context.
